30th Annual Cane Hill Harvest Festival
September 17 - 18, 2016
Following a successful 29th Annual Harvest Festival last year, we are excited to celebrate the 30th Annual Harvest Festival this year! We are also excited about the progress being made on the Cane Hill historic preservation in Cane Hill, Arkansas. Historic Cane Hill has received grants to restore many of our buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places! Restoration of the A. R. Carroll Drugstore and the Cane Hill Museum are completed. The museum is open every Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm. In addition to restoration work, we have new sidewalks, walking trails with maps, and a picnic pavilion. We invite you to come and share in our excitement and see Cane Hill rising like the Phoenix!
DATES: Saturday, September 17th and Sunday, September 18th.
Hours are Saturday 8-5 and Sunday 8-4.
ENTRY FEE: $30.00 for both days. Booth space is 12 x 12. Booths are located on the campus on the grass among the trees. Booth space is not level. No commission will be charged.
SET UP: Booths may be set up on Friday after 12:00 noon and should be up by 7:30 am on Saturday morning. All tables, chairs, backdrops, etc. must be brought by the exhibitor. Each Exhibitor will be responsible for his or her booth and all items. Booths should not be dismantled until 4pm on Sunday.
Security: Will be provided Friday and Saturday night at no charge, despite this precaution, the Cane Hill Harvest Festival will not be responsible for damage, loss, theft or accidents.
Exhibitors: May not share space without approval of the Festival Committee. No animals are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
Each Booth: Articles must be handcrafted, or hand painted items, original arts or original literature offered for sales by the exhibitor. Commercial materials will not be accepted.
Produce Booths: This year we will be accepting applications for selling homegrown fruits and vegetables.
